“M2@ Main Alley”, at 114 East 4th Avenue and Quebec Street is scheduled for opening Spring 2021. M2@Main Alley will occupy 43,000 sq ft. at 2015 Main Street in Mount Pleasant, the company’s fifth location in Vancouver.
The 8-storey, mixed-use building will be comprised of:

- 56,317 sq ft. digital industry use
- 56,316 sq ft. general office space
- 5 levels of underground parking with 394 parking stalls
