Blood Alley

Blood Alley will be 10 and 5 storey mixed use building at 33 West Cordova.There will be 62 market units and 80 social housing units. 

The building development will retain the historical façade. The retention of the façade plus the density and limits in space will introduce challenges in the construction. KCM will take over construction at excavation with the historic façade already shored. The site area is 19,072 sf with 116,713 SF of gross floor area and balcony area 2,295 sf. There will be 62 market units and 80 social housing units.
