Pendrell

Pendrell, Westbank’s second rental residential project in the West End is now complete. Designed by Henriquez Partners Architects, Pendrell is a 100% rental residential building, with 26 affordable units at the base of the building along with a jewel-like amenity pavilion and Japanese garden at grade.
